Short Description: ► Miniature rebel and preteen heart throb, Steven "Tiger" Universe is a whole lot of stage presence in a very small package. Also, he is kind of a jerk, though most of that is the frustrated lashing out of a confused, messed up kid. The audience loves him, though!
After listening to her song, it seemed to make perfect sense somehow even though I'd never thought anything remotely close to it before. You know the rival thing we always hear the media go on about? It was like that, only cranked up past the most extreme end of the dial.
There wasn't anything past the thought "Pride is bad and needs to be taken care of". I couldn't think about how I had liked and talked with so many other people before, how it didn't make sense for me to hurt them like that.
It was an impassible wall for me alone.
[It takes a while and a lot of messages to send that all out.]
[It's fast and defensive. Could they have done something? Did they really not know? Even though he's pretty sure they couldn't and didn't at this point. He's frustrated.]
[Wow, he actually responded. This is already shaping up to be better than anticipated.]
I wanted to ask you a couple things. For this song-writing contest. I figured you'd want to give me something, since the alternative involves tabloid-style cut-and-paste.
So what's your favorite part of this whole music-making thing?
[Oh right, that thing. Tiger just kind of figured that whoever got him would just write something stupid anyway - he didn't anticipate he'd have to talk to them about it. Especially not that he'd have to answer a question like that.]
Why not? Plenty of songs deal with the overwhelming demands of fame, falling out of love, etc. etc. And they're usually better than bubbly tunes about how everything is great.
Where would you go, ideally? Doesn't have to be specific, but generally. Like an island? Or a roach motel where nobody knows you?
